Why I became a personal trainer
I became a personal trainer in South Wales over 20 years ago. Before I was unhealthy, and decided to do something about it, so I started eating a healthier diet and training weekly. I am now approximately 2 stone lighter and lead a much more healthy and outgoing lifestyle. After watching other personal trainers in the gym, I realised I had enough knowledge and experience to be better than most, so I decided to get my fitness qualifications. This means I can now help other people, in a professional capacity, which is something I have always wanted to do. I am a mobile trainer, so whether you want to train outside, at your house, or in a gym, I will always be able to help you reach your goals!
