My Skype Training sessions give you the same interaction, via skype, as you would have if I trained you personally.
However with my Skype training sessions, we can work around your schedule, whether you work away from home, are constantly on the move or staying in hotels. My Packages are made to be convenient to you, and don’t worry if you don’t have your own equipment, they are geared towards using your body weight!
My Sessions all run for 30 minutes at a time to fit in with your busy lifestyle! Below you can see the packages that I offer:
Four Sessions to try out
This package will offer you a chance to see if Skype training is compatible with your busy schedule. We will train twice a week for two weeks, then it’s up to you!
Two Session a Week for 4 Weeks
This package runs for a total of 4 weeks, where we will train twice a week at times that are convenient for you
Three Session a Week for 4 Weeks
This package runs for a total of 4 weeks, where we will train three times a week, for maximum fitness, at times that are convenient for you
